We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—because you and your feathered friend deserve to be happy with your purchase (no squawking necessary!). If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:


🗓 You’ve Got 30 Days!

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be:

  • 🆕 Unused

  • 📦 In original packaging with all tags and labels


📦 How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@squawkshop.com with your order number in the subject line.

Then pack the item carefully and ship it to:

📫 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method so your package doesn’t fly off course.


💸 Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
